Terms and Conditions

The Lifetime Warranty certificate is only valid if all the information on the front is filled in by a Gary's Automotive Service Advisor.

What is not covered:

• Warranty is non-transferable
• Commercial vehicles
• Pads or shoes that fail due to faulty calipers
• Damage due to neglect or abuse
• Damage caused by accident
• Economic loss or expense due to failed component or installation
• Parts supplied by customer
• Regular maintenance
• Labour

This warranty exludes all other warranties, expessed or implied, and does not cover the cost of repair or replacement of any part that is damaged or other consequential damage, nor does it cover the loss of use, towing charges, transportation cost, or other incidental damages.
